CRUZ VIEWS – Serenita (unit #10) is a 2 bedroom corner condo with central air conditioning. The condo sleeps 5 comfortably; the master bedroom includes a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin bed which is accessed by a ladder, and is not designed or recommended for children under 12. The over-sized wraparound deck with a custom balcony bar top makes this one of the most private and romantic condos and one of our top recommendations for honeymooners and lovers. This updated condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with newer amenities and appliances, new furniture and mattresses, and an all new bathroom. Rinse off in the spa-like outdoor shower for the ultimate Caribbean experience! The walk to the best restaurants and shops in town takes less than 10 minutes. A queen air mattress, beach chairs, toys and towels are included. The remodeling, combined with Serenita’s excellent views, privacy and great location, earn it a top ranking!

Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It’s an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island’s infamous rum punches.

Great view

Great outdoor space . Pool area nice. Ladder to lift only a slight challenge. Easy to get used to. No complaints! Beautiful spot for sure!

Great location, quiet corner unit

Great location, unit was cute and clean with a great view and it was very quiet on the corner. We didn't hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The unit is close enough to walk into town but we chose not to because it's very steep and even more importantly the roads are very narrow and I didn't feel comfortable walking with the cars on the street but we saw plenty of other people doing it. We would stay here again.

Excellent rental in St. John

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. It was the perfect size for 2 adults, would be a little snug with 4 but definitely doable. This unit has a really nice private patio that overlooks cruz bay and the ocean. Lots of beach supplies (towels, chairs, tent, games etc). Minimal toiletries so bring your own. Property is on an extremely steep hill. We’re athletic so we walked it a few times - only 10 minutes into town. Taxis are easy to come by but I highly recommend renting a jeep and do it early! They really do sell out. Host (a company) is responsive, clear and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in St. John

Excellent stay

Our stay in Cruz Views #10 was outstanding! The view was great, location was great, amenities great. When we first arrived, it was like 91º inside and I got nervous, but I think it was just because nobody had been there for a few days. After a couple of hours, the minisplits had cooled it off well, and for the rest of the trip it cooled down really fast. The only thing of note is that that loft can stay kind of hot, but to be fair, we were there during the hottest part of the year. We loved having access to the pool and being so close to town. We cooked several nights in the kitchen and it was super easy because it had all of the pots, pans, and spatulas, etc. that you would need. Overall, would absolutely stay here again and give it my highest recommendation

Home away from home.

Communication and directions from the beginning was excellent . The air conditioner's worked very well. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of towels and toilet paper ,nice shower & outdoor shower, stocked kitchen utensils to cook your own meals ,clean pool.

We are a family that includes siblings and our spouses and children and our Mom. We all grew up in Ohio, but currently live in Chicago, Kentucky and southern Ohio.

Why they chose this property

We have been vacationing on STJ since 1992. Some of us have been married here, some have honeymooned here, and we have all loved coming here for many years and wanted a place to call our own and share with others.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this property because of the serene surroundings and incredible view from the deck and living room. So many other condo properties were in buildings with units above and below. This unit is on the end with a wrap around porch and beautiful vegetation surrounding the deck and beautiful view of Cruz Bay and Pilsbury Sound and STT. Our kids loved the loft bedroom and of course the swimming pool!
