Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a Queen in the Guest Bedroom 1, two Fulls in guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Perfect for the type of vacation we wanted

Me and my sister work long hours and just wanted to relax, the room overlooked the pool as well as watching the beach and waves of the ocean. We did partake in those accommodations but when we just wanted to snack and watch some wave we did it from the comfort of our room

Very clean property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 10! The unit was genuinely spotless when we arrived as was the overall condo-the building, pool, and beach were immaculate. I appreciated that all of the bedding was fresh and clean, there were adequate kitchen utensils, and the lower floor was fantastic. I do think it is important to know that Florabama is right next door and there was foot traffic on the beach from the bar. It would not deter us from returning. Overall this was a great experience!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was just as described and in a nice location. Our only complaint was the wind had the beach closed. That has nothing to do with the property, it was wonderful!

Great Beach Condo

This is our second time staying in this building, which is is great - right on the beach, lots of amenities. This particular condo was very spacious and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay. Downsides to this place - parking went up this year to $60/vehicle. Also, the dishwasher didn't work very well, and I had to wash most dishes that were in the cabinets before using them.

Our stay lasted 2 days. was kick out. Other people were doing bigger no no's than us. And nothing was done or said.. No warning or anything. Just get out. Will never stay there again..
