This magnificent home and cottage is surrounded by the waters of the Caribbean sea on 3 sides! The house sits on 5 acres of pristine property on the beach. A long winding driveway takes you to your own special place to enjoy the vacation everyone dreams about. Once inside the home the magnificent breezeway welcomes you with water views everywhere. The Rainbow Beach Cove usually has a sailboat or two like a picture book. Our property has a large tiki hut for shade and entertaining. The house has 3 bedrooms. Ensuite upstairs with a king bed (for an extra fee) and two large bedrooms on the main level onequeen bed, the larger room a king bed also has a twin trundle bed.. All bedrooms have a full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The outside deck is accessible from all sides of the house. Plenty of room to grill and entertain. There is a small pool to relax in or to just cool off. The main attraction is the extensive semi private and rarely used beach and beautiful turquoise waters to enjoy endless hours in.The large kitchen is fully equipped and has Corian countertops and a center island with seating. The breezeway has a very large casual dining table perfect for all meals. All the bedrooms are super comfortable and a nice size. The property is centrally located in the middle of Eleuthera close to Governors Airport. The nearest restaurant and bar "Rainbow Inn" is only a 3 minute drive away and always has the best food and casual atmosphere around. Live music is always a short drive away. Big Rock grocery is near and carries a full supply of groceries and sundries. Airport pickup, car rental, maid service, grocery shopping can all be arranged for an additional fee. Ideal for friends, families, couples who want privacy and exclusivity. WE ALSO OFFER A NEWLY BUILT STUDIO COTTAGE WITH ENCLOSED OUTDOOR SHOWER FOR RENT IF NEED BE BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS.

If you choose to pay with a credit card please let us know as there is a 3% credit card processing fee that we have to pay to Homeaway and we will pass the fee on to you.

The UPSTAIRS KING ENSUITE can be added for and additional fee of $200 nightly.
THE BEACHFRONT COTTAGE CAN ALSO BE RENTED FOR $200 NIGHTLY BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS. IT STAYS EMPTY IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO INCLUDE IT IN YOUR RENTAL.

We had an amazing trip at Sayle Point House. The property is outstanding with plenty of room inside and out to spread out and enjoy spectacular views. Wonderful property. The natural beauty was so amazing - that was definitely the highlight. But the house was equally as great. Very clean and well laid out - we could not have been more comfortable. Our second stay at Sayle Point was just as memorable and relaxing as the first. The access to the beach and the location make this house an oasis. Upgrades to the kitchen appliances didn’t go unnoticed! Only small note would be that the beach chairs and accessories are due for an upgrade. Can’t wait to visit again.

We (6 friends) had a great week at Sayle Point. The location and the access to beaches and water was fantastic. The property had great amenities and was a great spot for three couples to spend a holiday. We are already looking for dates to rebook next year.

Surrounded by 21 acres of beautiful property with a private Cay for walking, fishing, diving, snorkeling as well as our own semi-private beach in our cove which has the most beautiful clear blue waters. There is a large tiki hut for shade and enjoyment.

The house offers all the privacy and luxuries needed for an ideal getaway.
