Charming is the perfect description. The location was perfect, too! We spent (2) nights there and explored the area. Very quaint little town and we hope to return. We would rent this cabin again, for sure!
Close to town and convenient to trails. Bed wasn’t that comfortable, kitchen faucet was prone to dripping, one of the smoke detectors had a bright blinking light. Otherwise it was a cute room and we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Kitchen sink dropped. Draws containing utensils would not close properly. The room was warm. Overall, okay but not what we expected for what we paid.
Did not receive door code prior to arrival. Mattress and bed very uncomfortable. Very warm and unable to cool down, even with windows open. Cheap pillows and comforter. Smoke Alarm flashes a bright light throughout the night. Zero sleep. Very expensive, 100.00 cleaning fee…, NOT A CABIN….basically a small motel room with a small kitchen. Buyer beware…

Thank you for your feedback, Christopher. We're sorry to hear your expectations weren't met.We did want to clarify a few points for future guests who may read this:
The door code/check in instruction were sent to you a day prior to arrival (June 28 @ 10am) as well as check out info(June 29 @ 9am). We always make sure guests have everything they need before check-in, and apologize if there was a miscommunication.
The listing includes accurate photos and a full description of the space, including the square footage, kitchen area, and layout.
Comfort can be subjective, but we do our best to provide quality bedding and essentials. We're sorry to hear it didn’t meet your preferences.
The smoke detector does have a small safety light, as required by regulation, but we understand how that could be bothersome for light-sensitive sleepers.
As for the cleaning fee, it reflects the cost of a professional turnover to ensure everything is spotless for each guest.
One small note—when you arrived, we made a point to compliment on your wife's Bday.It would’ve meant a lot to hear a simple acknowledgment in return, especially since we always try to create a kind and respectful environment for our guests.
Your comments are still helpful and will be taken into account as we look for ways to improve. We truly regret that your stay wasn’t more comfortable, and we wish you all the best in your future travel!
