The quaint living room includes a sofa for additional space. With amenities like full kitchen, refrigerator, heating, AC, WiFi, TV and a washer/dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and all the amenities of home. Covered outdoor area with outdoor furniture and a couple of porch swings. Just minutes away from Lafayette, Abbeville and Youngsville. Easily access the many festivals, amazing restaurants and sporting events in our surrounding area. Come experience the awesome charm of this property. This is a barndominium detached from our home.

The location was great for our needs during this visit. The host Scott was responsive and cordial. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was too soft for my liking, but my husband loved it!!! Would stay here again next time we visit.

We are both from Lafayette, we love cooking, hunting, fishing, college sports. This is our first time experiencing being a host. We just hope to share our beautiful peaceful property with others

Why they chose this property

We built our home in 2000 on our family land. We have enjoyed raising our 3 children on this beautiful property. We love the quiet peaceful space that surrounds us. And the occasional deer family that visits our backyard. And still minutes away from Lafayette, Youngsville and Abbeville

What makes this property unique

We are not located in a neighborhood. We are a half mile from the heart of Maurice. This is a beautiful barndominium detached from our house with plenty of room to stretch out on our property. Just minutes away from the many festivals like Festival International and Festivals Acadiens et Creoles. Minutes away from Youngsville soprts complex and Ragin Cajun athletics as well as the many fantastic Cajun restaurants and fine dining that Lafayette and Abbeville has to offer.
