The double extended patio has a gas BBQ grill and is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. Great view of the 13th fairway.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has a large 42" Flat Screen TV.
Master suite is furnished with a king size bed, 39" Flat Screen TV, large closet and private bath.
The den has been made into a second bedroom and is furnished with a queen size bed and has a ½ bath attached.
Free high speed wireless internet and long distance calling in the US & Canada is also included. Lic#28400
