Modern Shabby Chic 2 bedroom apartment
This modern apartment with wooden floors and gas fireplace is the perfect location for your holiday or business trip in Durbanville, Cape Town. We also have air-conditioning (T&C apply) in both bedrooms and full access to DSTV. This flat has beautiful views from the balcony with a glimpse of the top of Table Mountain. We are situated only 25 km from the beautiful Stellenbosch winelands and 30km from Cape Town City Centre. Perfectly situated in the middle of all major attractions in the Western Cape.

Our property is covered by CCTV cameras. You can park your car behind a lockable gate with a security beam. The apartment also has a security alarm system fitted for your convenience and peace of mind.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
We are very central to all major amenities (shopping centres, hospitals, restaurants - all within 5km radius).
We are also only 350metres (0.2 miles) from a Chinese restaurant, great Pizza place, coffee shops, grocery and liquor store, Laundromat and more. Everything within walking distance.
700metres (0.5 miles) away you have Cobble Walk shopping centre with a Checkers, Woolworths, Pharmacy, amazing coffee shops and a lot more.

Self-respect and respect for others is the best rules to live by.
• WATER USE
Because we live in a drought stricken area, Western Cape, we all have to do our best to save water. Al renters are only allowed to shower once a day and everyone needs to be waterwise.
• GAS
Gas for the fireplace will only be available for use during May, June and July (winter months).
• PARTIES
Parties is not permitted at this apartment. The question is when is it a party? It is really easy; the apartment is for guests only. This does not mean that you can't have visitors, but to be clear. When the visitors are more than the renters and the duration of the visit is longer than 2 hours, then it is a party.
• BABIES
This apartment is suitable for children under 2. We have a baby security gate at the stairs and have a camping cot, car seat, pram and baby feeding chair for you to rent from us. These things will cost R200 per day for everything and is payable in cash. Compulsory when booking with a baby.
• AIRCON
Air-conditioning in bedrooms is available, please don’t use aircon when it is cool outside and switch it off when you leave the room / apartment.
