Big problems to get into the apartement- no information .Flat battery concerning Load Shedding.No wsshing of windows, bolcony once during 10 weeks

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you experienced difficulties during check-in. Clear instructions were provided in advance, but it seems there was a language barrier as communication was handled through the driver. Regarding cleaning, the apartment is advertised as self-catering, not serviced. However, we provided a complimentary weekly freshen-up and linen change. Our reservations team also reached out regarding additional cleaning services at an extra cost, but we did not receive a response. As for the inverter, while we usually ensure backup power, the lack of load shedding for an extended period caused unforeseen issues with several inverters. We addressed this as quickly as possible, but it was unfortunately beyond our control. This apartment has consistently received excellent ratings on other platforms, and we strive to maintain a high standard for all our guests. We appreciate your stay and your feedback.
