Guests are welcome to reach out to us at any time, and we can provide the code needed to unlock the thermostat so the temperature can be adjusted for their comfort. The entire floor is controlled by one main thermostat, so adjustments need to be made accordingly. Additionally, there is a fan available in the closet for guests to use if needed. Regarding accessibility, the property does have stairs and does not have an elevator. An elevator is not included among the property’s amenities and is not advertised as an available feature in the listing.
