This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom waterfront home is equipped with everything for the perfect stay in Leeville. Has 2 large screened porches 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs and both have TVs in them. This camp comes equipped with washer and dryer, all bedrooms come with a tv. Kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, and floating cypress shelving. Ice maker is also available in the kitchen. Pellet grill and boiling pot set up available at the property. Canal access may be limited due to conditions. Boat slips and launches nearby.

Perfect layout for a friends/fam to recharge their batteries. We ultimately went for an offshore fishing trip (sadly we paid a few K for a hung over captain who would rather be anywhere but on the water) and were SO happy for this oasis of a home! Also- check out the bow fishing 5 min away: so fun!

Rented the house for the boat access but the water in the canal leading to the house was less than 1 foot at low tide and maybe 1.5 ft at high tide.The road noise was loud all night as it is across from the turn to the bridge.Besides that it was very clean.
