Welcome to your new favorite vacation rental! Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood 40 minutes from Orlando international airport with no back neighbors. We have furnished and designed this home like our own. Our home includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool and a short distance to Disney! The master king bedroom is located downstairs with its own private bathroom, it has a walk in shower, large tub to soak in after those long days at the parks, phis and hers sinks, private toilet and large walk in closet. There is a second queen room also located downstairs and an additional bathroom with shower. The formal dining area has seating for 6 for those special meals or to gather and play games while having a relaxing day at the villa. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need during your stay, it has a large split fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and Keurig for those morning coffees. Just off the kitchen is another smaller dining area that seats 4 and a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. The living area has plenty of seating for the family to enjoy watching movies on the large wall mounted TV. Upstairs are the additional 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The first full bedroom is all set ready for a princess with a roku tv, the second queen bedroom has a tv and Xbox ready for those gamers, the third queen bedroom has a tv and Xbox. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and with shower. The home has a spacious pool deck and large pool to enjoy and have fun in and in the evenings you can relax and watch the fireworks from Disney. The garage has been transform in to a games room with a pool table, air hockey table and hockey net and sticks. At the back of the home is a park for the kids to enjoy with a playground and basketball court and a lake for fishing. If traveling with small children, we have a crib, pack and play, high chair and stroller all in the home ready for use!

A welcome pack is supplied with basic starter products for you to use during your stay.

Early check-ins/late check-outs are a available subject to availability with pre-approval from owner.

Pool heat is an additional $40 dollars daily. Please message me if interested.
