The location was excellent, the house was very nice, great amenities, a little neighborhood noisy well until after 10 mostly traffic on Largo. Only complaint in all is tubs were clean but a little funky looking.

The owners have tried to upgrade, but there’s still some work to be done. Curb appeal is non existent and the unit does not have central air - there is a swamp cooler. There are NO vents in the bedroom so they are even hotter. The swamp cooler was off when we arrived and the house was 91 degrees when we checked in. It took all night to cool down so we had a hard time sleeping and were only passing through on a long drive to Utah - we literally only needed to sleep there and couldn’t even do that because it was so hot. Owner just replied to my messages that it will cool down - but it was still 83 degrees 3 hours later. I was unimpressed. Maybe if the swamp cooler is running before the guests arrive and it’s cool in the house, it will be easier to overlook the flaws of the home.

Older home that has potential but curb appeal is non existent. Landscaping would go along way. Once inside property is better than one would imagine from the outside but not ideal limited counter space in bathroom, ad says ac but is a swamp cooler and some doors are damaged ie scribbles, broken hinges, peeling faking paint etc. host has spent obvious time and effort in updating but still has some improvements to make. Location is fantastic everything we needed wanted was close by.
