Steep staircase was not disclosed, my father had to sleep in the only room downstairs, which smells strong of rubber workout mats.

Perfect location and stay for business trip

We recently stayed here as a group of co-workers on a business trip. The house was perfect, we each had our own space, but also a wonderful kitchen and great options for co-working spaces. The yard was also great. The house is centrally located and we were thrilled to find business amenities like a printer and shredder. It would also be a great place for a family trip and base to explore Reno and Lake Tahoe.

We had one issue which was handled in a few hours. Had a lovely stay. Planned on getting married in Tahoe. Just a few friends. But due to the rain, we couldn’t. This place was beautiful. Plenty of room. Super clean. Great location.

This is a wonderful property, with a beautifully landscaped & spacious front and side yard, as well as close proximity to Downtown Reno and parks for my dogs (less than 5 minutes each by car). Every room of the house was also well furnished and very clean, with all of the necessities and then some, making for a very comfortable stay. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend.
