300 sq ft Hershey Studio (Full Separate Kitchen)

Summary:

The Studio, Suite #9, is a lower level (steps down to get in to the Suite), one-floor with an entranceway/foyer in one room, kitchen, breakfast bar, pantry, and bathroom in a second room, the third room will have the bedroom, living room area, an in-suite workspace, and closet. All three of the rooms in the Studio Suites have doors that separate the areas when guests visit. This suite is furnished with black and white modern décor, with about 300 square feet, is perfect for one person.



The Space:

Guests will receive 4 digit entry code 24 hours before arrival.



Guest Access:

Private entrance and designated parking in front of suite.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential neighborhood. Local dining spots within a 5 minute walk



Getting Around:

Less than 2 miles from downtown Hershey

Less than 15 miles from Harrisburg International Airport

Less than 12 miles to Amtrak Station in Middletown



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 days before guest arrival date are subject to charge. Rent payment will be charged if we are unable to lease the unit for the reserved dates and rates. If changes of arrival or departure dates are required after the unit has been assigned and reserved, refunds are conditional upon Suites On Chocolate being able to re-rent your dates to another guest

If Tenant cancels room reservation prior to or during stay, paid security deposit will be forfeited.



Interaction with Guests:

Our check in procedures are contactless, so there may not be anyone on site during your check in.

Office is staffed M-F from 8am-4pm
