We are regularly visiting Florida and every time we use VRBO we find somewhere excellent. This was no exception, very clean and tidy, well appointed with sundries combined with a good location made it ideal for us.

Excellent place to stay for a vacation getaway.

This spacious property was exactly as it was described. Plenty of room for our large family. We really liked having the pool just steps away from the property. This gated community was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this property and will definitely look forward to renting this again.

The condo was spacious for the 6 of us allowing us our down time in comfort. The drives to Universal and WDW were easy (especially to WDW). The condo is located conveniently close to restaurants and shopping. The directions we were given regarding entering the front gate to the community were very good. Both check in and check out were easy. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Overall a great place to stay with a family. Plenty of room to spread out and have your “own” space. Great location. Only complaint is that the information about how parking works is a bit confusing. Never told that this is in a gated community and you will need to stop at security each time you enter. Just make sure to register your car prior to arrival to make this process a bit easier.

Overall we were happy

The check in process was easy, good communication with management. We called about no hot water in the kitchen they came right out to check. The unit is right next to 1 of the smaller pools which was always very quiet and empty. The only downside was that it closes early, 6pm. We just went to the big pool if that happened. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect for a convenient familie vacation in Orlando

The property is just as described and very good for a large group of people. The bedrooms are great and kitchen/living room is very spacious and practical. The bad rooms on the upper floor are in good condition. The bottom one needs some work, notting dramatic just a cosmetic touch up. We had a problem with the WiFi and after contacting the caretaker they fixt it right away. The guards at the frondgate were very polite and helpful, we really felt save an welcome in this gated community. All in all a stay well spent and we would stay here again.

Family Holiday for Disney & Universal

Disappointed when we arrived as property looking old and tired. Looked better in the photos on Vrbo. Mould/dampness in downstairs bedroom ensuit, cockroaches in property, all the beds upstairs uncomfortable to sleep in. Place meant to sleep 8, but only room for 4 to sit around the dinning table! More information about local shopping and diners would also be useful. As a base for holiday it was adequate but won't be recommending it to friends and relatives.

Thank you Marian , for taking the time to review our home. I would encourage you to always contact management of vacation homes you stay in so that they can assist you with your concerns. In this case, we would have been happy to assist you if we had been contacted at any time during your stay. We would note that we found no evidence of mould or cockroaches during our prearrival or post departure inspections, however, would have been happy to assist you if we had been contacted.

This property is in a great location quiet corner and near the swimming pool. The only issue we had was it needed updating down stairs new furniture is required and carpets. Apart from that we had a fantastic holiday and definitely would come back.
