Venetian Bay Villages is just off HWY 192, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. Venetian Bay is ideally located as a "home base" for other Florida activities including the Space Coast or the Gulf Coast. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with Roku TV. The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed. It opens onto an attached ensuite bath with a big accessible shower. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and an attached ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and they share a hall bath with tub and shower. All bedrooms have a Roku TV. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!

Make use of one of the four community pools including the huge, heated pool at the clubhouse. Make a day of it at the clubhouse pool and enjoy a bar-b-que at one of the provided grills. Let the kids frolic in one of the three awesome playgrounds. There are also tennis courts, a basketball court and a sand volleyball area for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre! Take a walk on the paved pathways to enjoy the grounds, beautifully lush with trees and gardens as well as several ponds, and a great covered gazebo overlooking the fountain. Feel safe during your stay at Venetian Bay as it is a fully guard gated community with great staff. As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

It was nice to have room for everyone. Great being close to pool and playground for kids. Would be nice to have a coffee maker which takes coffee pods. Trash was full by Friday

The house was not equipped for more than 4 people. No usable pans (ruined), aircondition not working on top floor. Idea: let people leave their spieces and other usable kithenutensils.

Great location, beautiful grounds, comfy bedrooms, close to everything.

This is a great place. Only 20 min drive to Disney. Close to everything. The condo has it all. The location is perfect. The unit is easy to find and equipped with everything. It feels very homey. The only thing that needed attention was the lock on the front door. We called about it and a service guy arrived about 10 minutes later to fix it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. The size of the home was perfect for this and could have accommodated a couple more kids. We highly recommend staying here!! The kids asked if we could stay there again next year. It made us feel good and want to return for another stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful town home.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful town home. We very much enjoyed our stay. Though it was a bit of a hike from the parking lot around to the back to the entrance when we had groceries and items to carry, it was well worth if for the privacy. We loved that it was in the back with the woods behind us where we enjoyed seeing the birds and even the bats at night and the playground and pool were close by for our grandchildren. The only negative feedback I would give would be that drapes/curtains are needed in the bedrooms. With the street light directly outside of the bedrooms it was VERY bright, we had to drape blankets up over the blinds to try to block out the light so that we could sleep which was not completely successful. And the restrictions on the temperature for the air conditioning were such that it was very hot at times because we were not able to adjust the temperature below 75 and with the humidity it made it a bit uncomfortable on a couple of nights for sleeping, the ceiling fans helped but not quite sufficient enough. With the exception of those two things we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the accommodations and security offered at this lovely village. Thank you - Melissa

Great location but the house needs a bit of TLC

Overall the accommodation was suitable for our needs and was in a great location for ease of access to the attractions. Unfortunately the house is quite tired, with several sockets not working and only one person can shower at a time if you want warm water. But the main inssue was the leaking AC that had a plastic tub under it and had to be emptied hourly if it was used. Water damage was evident in the main bedroom and it became an irritating bind after a few days. The complex is great though, with nice pools and helpful security, so overall, for the price it was not too bad.

Amazing home and host

The home was perfect for us and the host was super sweet and understanding with an unforeseeable issue that happened right before check out. Highly recommend this property for your family while vacationing!

Great Villa

This was our second stay at this Villa and will not be the last, we really enjoy the Villa and the whole complex from the very friendly security to the club house staff, I would recommend this Villa as a great place to stay when visiting Orlando

Family vacation

Our stay was just okay, the kitchen area could definitely use an upgrade in terms of Pots & Pans, Dishes, Knives etc and the place itself could have been cleaner. We have rented quite a few homes over the years and I have to say that the Security Guards in this complex are down right annoying when it comes to pestering people at the pool areas when it comes to food and drinks (example coming up to you and looking in your bottles to make sure that there was no alcohol in them, looking in your bags etc) The biggest annoyance during our stay was the neighbour two doors down from us that had nothing better to do with her time (talk about a Karen) but watch every move that we made and constantly running to security about my adult children/grandchildren the entire two weeks that we were there. I will never rent in this complex again, the security and rules are beyond overboard.

Nice place to stay perfect location.

What I like most about the property is that the play ground and pool was rite outside our door. The kids loved it! The area is very kid friendly. It's a great place for families.

Disney family vacation

Location was ok if planning on a trip to Disney/universal studios. Was a little bit of a commute…with tolls as well. Property itself is very clean and well maintained. Unit was showing some wear and tear. Coffee pot was dirty…bought a new one (cheep) and left it behind for the house. AC unit is weak but tolerable. Master bedroom has a very nice shower. The pots and pans were dirty and at some point warped….so crooked that they were Hard to keep on the burner. In all the house was ok…it does need some work.

Spacious and clean

The condo was well kept and spacious. A larger air conditioning unit and water heater would be beneficial for larger families. Our kids had to sleep downstairs because of how hot it was in the upstairs but we couldn’t turn the unit down below 75 due to it freezing up. Hot water ran out quickly as well. I will say if you are looking for a family friendly location this is not it. The security was very strict when it came to us using the auxiliary pools. No “kid” type fun allowed. The auxiliary pools also closed at 8:00 every night. Beautiful place but just not for us.

Disney Visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property.It was easy to find. Lots of room for a party of 5. We were also in a great location to enjoy the pool. No problem with parking. Our only other comments would be that when you run the dishwasher you are unable to watch TV-very loud. Limited supply of teaspoon & tablespoon. We made due. But over all Our family would recommend this property. Thanks
