This is a wonderful home in a great location. A very quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and attractions. The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you would want for prepping meals. The BBQ grill was really nice and came with propane. The pool was clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing, it got really hot very quickly. Communication with the host and property management was seamless, they responded right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation home!

Overall the stay was very nice and the owner was so prompt in responding to any messages. Just one thing about the spa, if it is allowed to heat up more after 9PM it would be great to have some peaceful time after a long day at the theme parks.

Nice home in a great neighborhood

The house was clean and comfortable It was in a very nice neighborhood that was quiet but close to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool and spa were very nice as well. We would definitely stay again!

Great Disney trip

We traveled with our 2 teenage daughters and grandma to the Davenport while our 2 teen boys went Disney World with the high school band. We had a great time and there was plenty of room for the boys to stay a few extra days with us after the band left for home. Everyone enjoyed the pool!

great base for disney

This is an excellent villa for those who want to hit the parks in the day and chill out in the pool and spa afterwards. Villa is very well equiped, everytihing you would ever need. the parks are about 30mins with traffic, but an easy drive.The games room was also a bonus Would highly recommend this place for families.

Nice place. Pool and hot tub heat was awesome. The owner had great communication and was responsive to a couple issues. Game room was fun for the kids and we were able to use the TV without signing into the apps which was a plus!

Everything was as described and pictured. We were always on the run to the parks. It took is 20 minutes to Disney and 45 minutes to Universal. Overall great experience

Lovely villa

Lovely, very comfortable villa in a great location. Parts of it are a bit tired and could do with some work done but nothing that remotely spoiled our holiday. The letting agents responded quickly to a couple of issues that we had. The villa was spotless when we arrived. Recommended.

Great family vacation

Property as described, you will need to hit grocery store/dollar tree for food/necessities as expected. Very comfortable, paid for pool heating-totally worth it. Dealt with Tropical storm Nicole while we were here(Nov '22) but had plenty to keep the kids occupied! Owners very responsive to questions.

Comfortable stay

Home was great and very spacious. Two children's rooms both with two twins, two master rooms each with a bathroom makes this perfect with two small families. Kitchen is well appointed with cooking tools but does not have any basic seasonings so you will need to pick up what you need to cook with. Lots of toys and fun for kids here also. Quiet little neighborhood and only took about 30 minutes to get to Disneyland with traffic each morning. Pool was a tiny bit tricky to figure out so read the nice guide left!

Lovely holiday place

We have just finished our 2 week holiday at this villa. Communication with the owners was always answered quickly. The villa was spotless, very spacious with 2 very large beds and 4 singles. En suite in both double rooms were plenty big enough and a seperate bathroom inbetween the 2 singles meant there was enough toilets. Kitchen again was very big and had plenty of utensils, crockery etc. The pool was perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was a touch of something special. A large outside dining table with chairs and 2 sun loungers completes the set up outside. If we were to ever come back to florida would definitely stay here again.

Not what we expected

This seemed very worn and dated. The pool was dirty. The furniture is old broken and full of bugs. The beds are super uncomfortable. The toilets run constantly. Handle was broken on one and shower door wouldn’t shut. Tv in kids room didn’t work. Fooseball table was broken. Air conditioning was on some kind of timer. We will not be returning there

Peaceful getaway

The home is very clean with all the necessities you would need for an extended stay. We had a couple of issues. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The management company was notified first thing in the morning. Within the hour, the AC was fixed. The other issue was the hot tub will not operate in the evening. This is unfortunate if you plan on relaxing after a great day at the parks. The manager and owners were notified but unfortunately it was not fixed. Overall a great stay with great communication with the owners and management company.

Report of our vacation

Great house in a great location. Everything you need for a great holiday was there. First-class communication with the owner. Great pool and whirlpool. Unfortunately I still have two small criticisms to make. 1. The grill was so dirty that it was unusable. A thorough cleaning is absolutely necessary. 2. The pool table is broken, so the balls that were potted kept jumping through the garage. Basically no problem, you don't have to deal with that on holiday. 3. The air conditioning. It has broken down constantly for the last 8 days. After informing the management twice, a technician came. Despite this, the system is still broken, especially at night. With the night temperatures (around 24 degrees), it got quite warm in the house. Maintenance/repair is absolutely and urgently necessary. Despite this, we would book it again and again if the air conditioning worked.
