Outdoor living at its best – a private pool and hot tub, fire-pit lounge, and covered dining area for eight.

Spacious & bright interiors – open-concept living room with abundant natural light, colorful décor, a gas fireplace, and smart TV.

Fully equipped kitchen – bold cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook, entertain, or sip morning coffee poolside.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Primary suite – king Purple bed, smart TV, workspace, patio access, and ensuite bath with dual vanity + walk-in shower.

Second bedroom – queen bed and cozy design touches.

Third bedroom – two twin beds plus smart TV and desk, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Additional full bath – shower/tub combo.

We stayed here for 11 days in Jan-Feb. It was the perfect place on a quiet street yet very close to a supermarket and several nice restaurants -- and downtown Palm Springs is only 10 minutes away. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and is the best "stocked" house we have ever rented from VRBO. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them every day -- it's really terrific that pool heating is included in the price. The backyard is really nice and private with lots of seating and a BBQ. Communication with the rental agency was outstanding--they really were there to help and responding immediately each time. We would be delighted to rent this house again in the future.

Hi - the house was definitely very clean and in a great location. However, there are a few things that keep me from rating it 5 stars. The house was a bit beat up in places, and the door to the master shower/toilet doesn’t close all the way. It is a sliding door that doesn’t fit the opening so there is always a gap. The house is in the flight path of the airport, and the plane noise can be loud. We were there during a heat wave; it was over 100 every day. However, the house manager had programmed the AC to switch back from our setting to 90 at 4pm and again in the middle of the night. We were able to remove the programmed change, but we had no warning this would occur, and it was very hot and took awhile to cool back down.
