The 1/4 acre, Mid Century Modern with the Million Dollar view. 2400 Sq. ft plus 660 sq. ft Atrium, sits adjacent to the 17th Fairway on the Historical Gene Sarazen designed Shadow Mountain Golf Club.

With walking distance to beautiful El Paseo, you will have shopping and restaurant choices galore.

Newly furnished throughout, this fabulous retreat awaits your arrival.

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with just 13 houses and criss-crossing the 11th fairway, (the Road Hole) you will have complete privacy and quiet.

With all new furniture and bedding, new tile, carpet, four new 4K TV’s with Dish TV service, ESPN and most sports channels and many other independent channels, your comfort is our main goal.

The dining room will comfortably accommodate 8 people. We believe we have just about everything in a kitchen that you would need as well as other amenities. The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, Step down tub and shower with one way glass for your privacy, and walk in closest. Bedroom two has two queen size beds with private patio. Bedroom 3 has queen size bed with adjacent full bath. All bedrooms have private patios and 4 k tv’s.
Master bedroom has desk with printer and fax, hard line phone, 55” 4k TV. Living Room has 65” 4k TV with surround sound.

Patio and backyard area have several seating opportunities for dining and cocktails. Dive into our pool and cool off during those hot months. Pool is heated during the winter for additional charge of $45/day.

You’ll find lemon, orange and grapefruit trees in the beautiful backyard.

Legacy house needs a complete renovation

John and Jill are very nice people and very accommodating. The house is in need of many up grades The bedroom/bathrooms are carpeted and it is old .. and the bathrooms need changing The kitchen is also old as well as the furniture inside and out. There’s so much potential here, hopefully it can be done so all can enjoy it someday.

Perfectly splendid

This home is charming, relaxing, and well situated in the city. I loved watching the gorgeous sunsets fall over the golf course. The home's fireplace was perfect to heat up the living room while playing card games. There was ample space for us and the home was clean. The kitchen has most of the accessory supplies you would need but, as for any listing, I would recommend brining things such as oil. The backyard was fantastic and having breakfast on the pool deck was lovely. Communication with the host was easy via text. Thank you!

Our family had a great time at this property hanging by the pool. Interior was quite roomy and well laid out for guests with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. The owner made himself available for any questions. We’ll definitely want to come back in the near future.

Two weeks - our holiday started out beautifully but lasted only two weeks.

The owner is friendly and very quick to respond to any problems. The house is lovely and then the covid 19 came to Palm Desert and the city slowly closed down. It became essential to return home so we left the house on March 18 rather than March 30.

We had a fabulous time in a really nice house. The home was in excellent condition and was very clean and neat. The owner met us when we arrive and gave us a tour of the house. We spent a very relaxing week.

My wife Jill is an Emergency Room Nurse who loves her job and thoroughly enjoys getting out to the desert and spending a long weekend at our beautiful home.

Why they chose this property

If you ever wondered what it was like back in the 50's hanging out with Frank, Dean, and the rest of the Pack, this is where they hung out at Shadow Mountain resort which is adjacent to the house. Our pool is a replica of the giant figure 8 pool that was built in the late 50's.

What makes this property unique

Close to El Paseo within 1/2 mile, you can easily walk there. Check out Mama Gina's, Mastro's, Pierro's and many many other restaurants on El Paseo. You can walk to Jilian's the beautiful secluded restaurant for a night to remember.

I Look forward to meeting our guests, all of whom have been very interesting.
