This property had an amazing view and outstanding accessibility to the beach. Property was well appointed with little touches that made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely re-book this property when we return for our annual Destin trips.

We have stayed at Crystal Sands in the past, but this was by far the best experience! Beautiful condo and the best view! Everything was clean, very spacious and had great amenities. The host was fantastic, very communicative, and gave us a list of local eateries to try and other great recommendations. We will definitely be booking again next year!!

We always love to stay at Crystal Sands. We love the beach there. The units there are always nicely appointed. We especially love the third floor because it’s spacious and his lovely views from the balcony. They are also quieter because you don’t get noise from the unit above. This unit was exceptionally decorated very clean had extra supplies. The host was easily accessible. We left the afternoon of our final day because the hurricane was coming and she refunded that night charge. Will definitely stay there again. The only disappointment was our last day there. The weather was beautiful sunny warm on the beach and the beach service refused to put up umbrellas because of the weather forecast. However, the storm was not forecast to come for at least 24 to 48 hours so we could’ve had a nice day on the beach that we missed. This was not the fault of the owner so would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The decor was very appropriate for a beach setting. The beach is just out front and is easily accessible. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe here. The condo had plenty of space for people to enjoy together or to have privacy as needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation. The Condo was perfect for my 8 family members. Condo was beautiful, clean and a beach front. The owners were so easy to correspond with when I had questions. I highly recommend a stay here. Will request this property in future plans.

Beach Getaway - Perfection

If you want to be close to the beach, this is the place. The view from the balcony has to be the best on the beach! Condo comes fully equipped and was very clean. The two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily was great. There are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent experience. Great location and great view. Very relaxing stay. The unit was clean, nicely furnished (the deck chairs are the best !!), and had most of the things we needed. Our host was a very responsive communicator and had great instructions prior to our arrival as well as laminated instructions pages in key areas of the unit with helpful information. It was also very nice to have chairs and an umbrella set up each day beachside - again - the best! Thanks for a great stay.

My wife and spent a glorious week at this beautiful condo. We were extremely impressed with the high quality of all the amenities. From the beds to the appliances to the well stocked kitchen. Everything is obviously brand new including the washer and dryer. The view from the balcony was incredible. We will definitely be vacationing here again next year.

Location and Cleanliness!

Had an incredible trip down in Destin at this condo. The location is unmatched being just a few steps from the ocean. The condo was spacious, clean (!), and had all the things you would reach for in your own home. The tall ceilings and windows are just stunning. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. Shopping and fresh seafood a quick jaunt away. Owner was responsive and had excellent customer service. Can’t recommend staying here enough!

This area is stunning! Condo was very well supplied. Property manager is terrific and helpful. Be aware that second bedroom is open loft with no door. The ocean view and location can’t be beat. So convenient!

The condo was extremely clean and very nice. There were a couple of dirty coffee cups in the cabinet, but they could have been put there by someone staying there prior to me. That was not a big deal. My grandchildren enjoyed the games and we all had a really good time together. Having the beach umbrella service was wonderful. I hope to be able to stay here again.

Our stay at this condo in Destin was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The balcony provides the perfect start to your day paired with a fresh coffee, ocean views, and a relaxing ocean breeze. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to delicious restaurants, shops, and attractions. We especially loved the private beach attached to the property and the newly renovated pool. We had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely perfect. Beachfront was what we wanted and exactly what we got. The best is that if you need a break from the sun, you can sit on the balcony enjoying the view and hearing the waves. The condo was spotless, kitchen clean and modern. We went to Walmart and Publix to stock up for the stay and it was perfect. There is also a pool on property which was great to dip in as well. My family of 6 stayed very comfortably. There is a spacious loft with a queen bed and then a back room with 4 single beds. Linda was easy to communicate with to answer our questions and had quick responses. We arrived before 4 which is check in time and she let us know that we could actually check in early as the condo was ready at 2. That really set the trip off right. Another great perk is that the condo stay comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up. That is so helpful. They set it up for you and you don't have to stress about finding a spot, there is enough room for all and it is not open to the public , the condo has a designated portion of the beachfront. We will be back for sure!!

Nice updated condo in great location of Crystal Beach. Beach chairs are included but be prepared to get up early to get next to the water. This is right next to a public beach area which is very crowded and was my least favorite part about the condo. However our teenagers loved it.

We come to Destin every summer and this was hands down the best place we have stayed thus far. The view was spectacular and the beach, to include the access and chair service, were amazing. Parking was never an issue and the location is just a few minute drive to food, shopping, and evening entertainment. Linda was super helpful with welcome information and quickly responsive to questions. We will be back for sure!!!
