The space

Welcome to Sunshine Escape! Our humble abode is a family friendly, clean and cheerful place to be. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes etc. We provide complimentary coffee & tea. The living room is spacious and has a big screen TV & comfortable seating. Bedrooms are private with queen size beds, dressers, large closets, tv's, window AC units (on top of whole house central air) and fans. There is a formal dining area next to the kitchen with table seating for 4. Two full baths (1 downstairs with a walk-in shower and 1 upstairs with a bathtub. Guests have access to off-street parking (fairly large concrete slab for parking 2-3 cars). There are two porches, a small front porch and large private deck in the back with tables, chairs and a grill. We provide a pack n' play should you need it for your little ones. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor (7 steps then a landing and 7 more steps-carpeted). Guests can log onto their Netflix accounts during their stay, we just ask you log out before you leave. Full size washer and dryer is available for guest use. A personal door code will be provided for the keyless entry. We welcome you to come stay in this home away from home located in Beautiful Sunny St. Augustine, Florida and we can’t wait to host you!

All housekeepers will wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning.
