Chiều Hạ Villa is a private 13-bedroom villa in Hội An with a pool, Jacuzzi, daily breakfast, and free bikes. Located near Hội An Ancient Town and An Bàng Beach, it offers a convenient base for up to 30+ guests to explore the best of the region.

This villa is part of Copia Villa Hội An, a family-owned collection of private villas including Vó Villa, Chiều Hạ Villa, and Nelly Villa. We aim to make this space a welcoming space for all.

Family-friendly: Chiếu Hạ villa is well set up for families traveling with young children. The tropical garden gives kids open space to run around, and the pool is suitable for supervised swimming. On request (included): cribs, pack 'n play, and high chairs. Staff can also assist with babysitter recommendations for parents who want a night out.

Guest access
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property. This is a completely private rental with no shared spaces, ensuring total privacy for your group. Your access includes:
• Both residential buildings
• All 13 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms
• The private swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi
• The tropical garden and terrace
• The full kitchen
• All lounge and dining areas

Other things to note
• Guest Occupancy: The base rate includes accommodation for up to 13 guests. A surcharge of $15 per person, per night will apply for any additional guests. Please ensure your guest count is accurate upon booking.
• Family-Friendly: We warmly welcome families. Cribs, high chairs, and children's bikes are available upon request.
• Getting around: Free bikes for all guests. Staff can arrange scooter rentals for exploring the region.
• Security: For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed in the common areas only (lounge, garden, pool area, and entrance). There are absolutely no cameras in any private spaces.
