Worked for us

We only spent a few days here on our way to Patagonia and the place met our needs. The hosts were accommodating and gracious with quick responses to questions. We wanted a kitchen and home like feel rather than a hotel, so this place worked well for us. Central location made it easy to get around. The kids loved the park 2 blocks away.

Floors dirty, kitchen cabinets dirty, dishes used had to be washed, ratty towels and bed pillows from dark ages. Limited space for 3 to sit comfortably. Very limited cooking ability and all very ratty. One dull knife and filthy cutting board. Pictures do NOT represent the apt. This is old and in need of an overhaul. Heavy blankets only for summer month, we had to buy bed pillows for the three of us the ones provided were gross. No washcloths or bath mats just two icky mats. Towels look like towels I use for our dog when I bathe her. No towels for pool as we only got one per bed, no dish drying towels or kitchen towels only paper. I filed a complaint with VRBO! Main bed mattress was comfortable, twins need some work. Linens are heavy for winter not light for summer. This was very frustrating, we communicated with owner who stated floors had been cleaned and instructed me were to buy pillows. I have many pictures. The washer in the apt also is very icky, moldy and dirty around the rubber gasket and soap holder. W/D are downstairs and coin operated.

Great Central Location for Santiago

Our family stayed here for a week in December 2022. It is centrally located, within walking distance from metro lines and the Cerro San Cristobal and the city zoo. We did everything on foot and did not need to rent a car, although this unit does have a parking option if you want to. There was a washer on site which was nice. There were tons of Almacen stores along the streets surrounding the apartment. Very convenient for fresh bread and eggs. There is a grocery store right as you exit the nearby metro station for more extensive grocery shopping. Great location, great service. Miguel was easy to communicate with and helpfully answered all of our questions.
