Great House. Completely rebuilt from studs in 2016. Wonderful open floor plan. Gourmet kitchen with separate wet bar, duel zone wine fridge and bar fridge. Custom made dining table seats 10, counter seating for 4 and pub seating for 6. Additional outside seating 1st floor deck with x-large gas grill. 2nd floor deck seats 8 with 2 loungers and has convenient bar fridge set up. Downstairs has nice open living area. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath with shower, and one 1/2 bath off kitchen area. The 2nd floor contains master bedroom with king bed and private full bath with tub/shower, One large bedroom with 2 full size beds, one bedroom with twin bunks and single bed. Separate den with new foldout couch for two. Another full bath with shower and one 1/2 bath off deck. Ceiling fans thru-out. 1 1/2 blocks to ocean easy cross at light. Bay is 3 houses away . TOWELS INCLUDED, LINENS INCLUDED. You are responsible for washing towels/beach towels/washrags/dish towels. ***We will take care of the linens. Fresh sheets will be on the beds when you arrive.***

Our Rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. Our checkout time is 1:30pm. Check in is 4:00pm. This keeps you out of the traffic jams created from the standard checkout/check in.

The house is great, and so is the owner. We have never stayed at a house that literally had everything. You only needed to bring food and drink. Every other amenity was there for you. The location was fabulous, and the owners were so helpful and nice. We highly recommend this house and owners . We will be back. Thanks to Deb and Curt.

Amazing weekend with friends!

Curt and Deb were unbelievable hosts! The house is located close to the beach, great patio and outdoor space and has everything you would need. Perfect home to bring family or friends - very comfortable and clean! Couldn’t recommend it enough, can’t wait to come back.

Perfect for our family wedding weekend!

We had our whole family stay in this house, including two elderly grandparents. The house layout was perfect for these two because they both stayed on the first floor and did not need to go up any stairs to use the bathroom. So many amenities included! Bikes, badges, great backyard, etc. We really loved it here. Thank you Curt and Deb for being so easy to work with, communicative, and accommodating our family.

Gathering space galore

This is the perfect house for our large group. Lots of gathering spaces both inside and outside, upstairs, downstairs, front of the house, back of the house, upper deck lower deck. This is our 4th year at this home and each year the homeowners makes improvements to the property. Very clean, lots of parking, excellent location, best stocked home. Highly recommend.

Great immaculate family home with lots of amenities, including a large and well equipped kitchen.

Our family loved this house. They had beach gear including lots of chairs, umbrella, beach cart. Kid games. Bikes. Board and card games for the occasional rainy day. House was very clean. Kitchen has lots of great pans, baking dishes and extra refrigerators for both drinks and a wine fridge. Large family area was perfect for our 3 generation family get together. They also had great outdoor space including 2 decks and grill. Really nice. We loved it. 3 blocks from the beach and less than one block from the bay. Owners couldn't be nicer.

Perfect house for our multi family group!

This house made our vacation to LBI wonderful. The owners have perfectly curated a wonderful vacation rental home. All of the amenities are fantastic, especially that they include 10 beach passes! Some of our other relatives rented a different house and even though it was on the beach they had to find and purchase beach passes, what a pain! The table in the kitchen was the perfect place for everyone to gather for meals. The kitchen and everything you needed to cook great meals! The knives were even sharp!!!! It was so unexpected I nearly cut myself. One thing to note is the stairs are kind of steep so people with bad knees will need to stay in one the first floor bedrooms. Overall Curt and Deb Went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful occasion.Enjoy your stay at this wonderful home, we definitely did.

Exceptional in many ways

We arrived at Curt and Deb's house early and they allowed us to use the outside area until the maids were finished which was a real treat because it is very busy there on a Saturday. Also, Curt and Deb were very nice and showed us around the inside of the house when it was ready and gave us some tips on the surrounding area. One suggestion we took was to go to Nardi's on Monday evening to the children's karaoke which my granddaughter loved and where we all had fun watching. The house is very well equipped and every time we thought of something we needed it was there for us. Also, the surrounding neighborhood is very beautiful. We walked to the bay one evening and brought ice cream and made ice cream cones while we watched the sunset. We didn't mind the walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded with plenty of space for a volley ball game which some of us played. Having three full baths, two half baths and an outside shower really helped our party of seven adults and five children when we all returned from the beach. Also, the hose was great for rinsing off the sand. We are looking forward to returning next year to our new home away from home.

We had a wonderful time at Curt and Deb’s beach house! The house is equipped with everything, and I mean everything!! It’s the nicest beach house we’ve stayed at on the island, and we have been going to LBI for a long time. It’s close to Bay Village, which has a water park, and amusements park rides at Fantasy Island. Girls weekend

Best way to end the summer

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Curt and Deb’s property. They were extremely attentive at every step of the process, from first inquiry through check out. Instructions were clearly provided, all questions were answered promptly, and their suggestions were great. Beautiful house near the bay

This is a beautiful house which is fully equipped with many amenities. You could come here with just your clothes as everything is provided! My extended family of 11 spent a wonderful week in this spacious home. Another plus is Curt and Deb were always available if we needed them.

Fantastic Beach House Close to Beach and Bay

Deb and Curts beach house was perfect for us! Very close to both the beach and bay as well as near all things you need (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc). Fit our family perfectly and Deb and Curt were very responsive and provided recommendations. Would highly recommend this house.

The best of LBI

This house has everything you’ll ever need for a beach vacation. You can literally go there and bring nothing but clothing and suntan lotion and not need anything. Curt and Deb are the nicest people ever and we’re so helpful with everything and really truly wanted us to enjoy our vacation. We’ve already booked again for next year with them.

Why they chose this property

This is our second purchase on the island. Our first had damage from Hurricane Sandy, but did not allow much flexibility to enhance the home. This home was also damaged by Sandy, but was down to the studs on both floors. We thoroughly enjoyed putting this home back together and are quite proud of what we were able to accomplish.

This home is located in a quite neighborhood close to bay bulkheads which allow for crabbing, fishing or sitting with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset.

We are two blocks from beach with a handicap ramp entrance. Across the boulevard is a restaurant/bar which allows you to walk and not drive.

What makes this property unique

This home has a great floor plan to allow multiple families to be together for fun and meals or find areas for some private time.
