Newly Renovated-2BR/2BA Oceanfront Condo with Shared Pool, Channel Marker 102

Escape to a brilliant fully renovated Oceanfront 2-bedroom condo at Channel Marker Condo's in Surfside Beach. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and arcade, Location is perfect, just a short walk (0.9 miles) from the new Surfside Pier and restaurants, and 1.4 miles from the famous Garden City Pier! This welcoming retreat “Daisy's Dunes” is located on the first floor (16 steps to first floor) and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private balcony with seating, a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and an intimate living room. In addition to the breathtaking views and the sounds of the ocean, you will also enjoy private beach access and a beachfront swimming pool (open April- September), an Outdoor BBQ Grill, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The covered parking spot assigned to the unit is fortunately deep enough to accommodate 2 regular sized vehicles or 1 vehicle and a golf cart (highly recommend renting one for your vacation). That said, please note that no trailers are allowed on the property due to the parking lot being somewhat small. There is a city parking lot about a block away. Also please note that per Surfside Beach Fire Dept safety regulations, no storage is allowed underneath the building, walkways or stairs, e.g. no beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Unfortunately the building has NO ELEVATOR and also no pets or smokers are allowed.

Surfside Beach is conveniently located near many popular Myrtle Beach attractions including Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, Myrtle Waves, Tanger Outlets, and Market Commons to name a few.

For your convenience, the Daisy's Dunes will provide a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, and all your linens for both bedrooms and bathrooms. Mattresses and pillows are new and fully encased for your protection.

Why they chose this property

Surfside has the best beaches! We wanted a place that had unobstructed views of the ocean and close to restaurants. We love the feel of a small beach town that Surfside offers.

What makes this property unique

Our condo was completely renovated in 2025! We take careful consideration in providing all the comforts to our guest that we would want when traveling. All mattresses and pillows are new and in total encasement for your protection. All the televisions are smart tv's. We are one of the few condo complexes that allows golf carts to park in the parking lot.
