We are 2 blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, 3 blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, five blocks from the Indiana Convention Center and within walking distance of local attractions and restaurants.

The main house sleeps 14 people with four bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a pullout couch on the first floor, a full bath on the 1st floor, two full baths on the 2nd floor, a full kitchen with an island providing seating for 4, a dining room with seating for 8, a parlor with seating for 4, a comfy living room, and an outdoor patio with dining for 6.

Guests will also have access to the outdoor shared spaces, which include a gas firepit and courtyard.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you use a pullout couch, please open it up, remove the sheets and place them in one of the bathrooms. This helps our cleaning specialist determine if the pullout couch has been used.
Ensure all coffee makers are turned off.
Leave all parking passes inside the rental space before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
Guests must be respectful of other guests, hosts, owner, and neighbors. No candles, fires, or incense burning are permitted.
Guests must take good care of our premises and furnishings. Exterior doors MUST be locked when guests are not present on the property.

Very welcoming host. Accommodated our large group very well and offered additional parking without us asking. Entire house was very clean and well kept. All rules were clearly laid out and very easy to follow, not overbearing at all.
