Everything was sufficient, nothing outstanding. Host responded quickly to questions. It is an aged facility which wear, and there are maintenance items that could have easily been addressed (electronic door lock needed batteries, Keurig coffee machine did not work, curtain rod in living room detached from walls, holes in wall, pee smell upstairs).

Earl, thank you for staying with us and for the kind words about our quick responses. We appreciate the detailed list. The lock batteries, Keurig, living room curtain rod, wall patching and the upstairs odor have all been passed to our maintenance team. Thanks for helping us make the place better for the next guest.
