A tremendous space for guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. A great place to call homebase while you're away visiting family, hiking, skiing or a day at Lagoon. My husband Randy and I are empty nesters and decided to convert our basement into a private space for short term rentals. I work full time as a Radiology Tech at 2 hospitals in Salt Lake City. Randy works from home for a commercial landscape company. We have kids and grandkids that live close by that we love to spend time with. We enjoy BBQ's in the backyard and traveling when we can.

Why they chose this property

We love our home because it's in a great neighborhood but close enough to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Our home is on a corner half acre lot with huge well established trees that give lots of shade so that even if it's hot outside there is plenty of shade to enjoy being outside no matter what time of day it is.

What makes this property unique

Our property sits at an elevation for us to enjoy a great view of the beautiful sunsets that are a common occurrence on the west side and to the east are beautiful mountains not far from our home. We especially love them when they are covered in snow. We have lots of grass and big trees in our yard and it's fenced so your kids can play or your dog can run. Our basement suite is located through a gate and down 7 steps and has a coded entrance. There is a privacy door at the end of the hall that separates guests from the hosts that live upstairs. Parking is located to the left of the main driveway for our guests for one or two cars.
