My family and I had a wonderful experience with the Enchanted Forest property. All accommodations were as described. The property was clean and fully stocked with essentials. There was plenty to do at the house: playset for kiddo; pool table; arcade-style Pac-Man game; and lots of other games like giant Connect 4, oversized Sorry, and Tapple (our personal fave). The location is nice and secluded but not too far from the thoroughfare in town.Communication with the host throughout the process with top-notch. During our stay, she checked several times to make sure we got into the house okay and to make sure we were comfortable. I also appreciate that there wasn't an extensive pre-checkout cleaning list, which has become commonplace with similar short-term rentals.We'd definitely choose the Enchanted Forest on future visits to Broken Bow.

The property was perfectly listed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. We had 3 year old through 63 year olds. We had 8 adults and 6 children, The property offered plenty of space for everyone, it also offered entertainment for everyone. The place itself was beautiful as was the setting. Walls were a but thin so make sure you all have the same bed time or wear ear plugs.Girls trip..extra toilet paper will be your friend. Bring all your own fire starting equipment as well.Lots of games and toys. Beautiful decor and very cleanWe will be back

Regarding the comments about noise, we have not previously received reports or concerns about sound within the cabin, and many guests have enjoyed comfortable and relaxing stays here. Sensitivity to sound can naturally vary from person to person, especially with larger groups or different sleep schedules. We also make sure to set expectations prior to check-in by letting guests know that we provide a starter kit of essentials, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags, and that bringing additional supplies may help guests stay extra comfortable during longer stays or group trips. What a great house. Everything we needed and the communication was top notch. We were checked on each day to make sure we had everything we needed and when we sent questions they were responded to very quickly. If you’re looking for an awesome cabin with even better communication, this is the place for you. Had a fabulous long weekend there with several friends. We truly enjoyed the patio and the great room area. We had everything we needed to cook and absolutely loved our stay. It was a little warm during the day so we kept the AC running. The rooms furthest away from the kitchen get incredibly cold while the rooms closer to the kitchen seem to be several degrees warmer. The rooms near the kitchen are not hot, they’re just not freezing cold like the other end of the house.I would absolutely stay here again!!

The house itself was beautiful, offering a nice atmosphere for a getaway. However, it wasn’t as secluded as expected, and several items were not in good condition. The toiletries provided, like the shampoo and dish soap, were very watered down and hard to use. We also had issues with the hot tub tripping the breaker, even when set to the lowest temperature, and flickering lights throughout the house. Upon arrival, we noticed a few things were broken, such as the dartboard, kitchen cabinet, trash bin, and the king-size bed frame. Some other minor things, like the pool table, were also in need of attention. There was also a camera right by the hot tube which was a little worrisome. I will say the host offered to have someone come fix said items, but I believe they should’ve been handled way before we arrived. While we enjoyed the house’s beauty, it was disappointing to deal with these issues during our stay. I will be including pictures of the broken items for reference.
