Stunning Broken Bow getaway! This charming cabin, surrounded by nature, provides the perfect blend of comfort and serenity, minutes from downtown Hochatown and downtown Broken Bow, local eateries, and 3 miles from the Casino! Also, close to Beaver Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake.

The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering, and entertainment. The kitchen has modern appliances to enjoy meals inside at dining table, at the island or out on the patio.

Outside, the deck & hot tub invite you to unwind in the fresh air, listening to the sounds of nature and let that stress melt away.

3 Oversized bedrooms give you ample space to stretch out. The Master bedroom has 1 king bed, a pack n play in closet for littles and ensuite bathroom. The Bunk room has 2 bunkbeds, a Murphy foldout queen and an ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has 2 Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The living room also has a foldout sofa bed for early risers.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all trash is bagged and placed inside 2 CTS bins out front. Do Not leave any bags on the ground! There are critters around and they will get into trash not secured in trash bins.
Please gather ALL used linens/towels and place on bathroom floors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must have a completed Vrbo profile accurate information and photo. For safety reasons, we may request a gov’t-issued ID prior to check-in.
NO parties NO smoking 🚭 of any kind If an ozone machine must be rented to clean air- then you will be charged for it.
NO pets on furniture. Any damages caused by your pet will be charged to you.

This is the perfect place to stay with a big family or even friends, accommodations for all ages. My kids, grandbabies and myself went down for the weekend and had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was safe and very quiet as well. Kimberly was amazing and quick with responded on any questions we had. We will Definitely be coming back again.

Girls weekend away was great! The cabin was more than we expected! Plenty of room, very clean and great central location. The host was very friendly and very accessible when contacted. Lots of little extras that made our trip more relaxing. Nice large hot tub, corn hole, horse shoes and fire pit outside to enjoy. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time, we were not able to check in until 1.5 hours after check in time, but it was also the day after Christmas so have to be mindful of that! The house is beautiful, super clean, and wonderful hot tub!

Kim was such an amazing host! She was incredibly informative, helpful, and always responded in a timely manner. The property itself was beautiful, and the décor throughout the home made everything feel cozy and welcoming. Overall the house was great, however, the check in communication was lacking. We did arrive 15 minutes early but the cleaners, who were very nice, we're not finished and did not finish until 4:45 when check in was at 4. I tried contacting the host multiple times regarding the house code and that the cleaners were still there but I received zero communication until the cleaners contacted the owners directly. I certainly understand that sometimes cleaning can take longer but the zero communication that the house was not ready and I let responded to my messages until the cleaners spoke directly with the host was not appreciated.

Sorry for the delay. I was traveling back from New Years day and didn’t have much of a phone signal in rural East Texas. As soon as I got a signal, I let you know about the really big and messy group before you and that the cleaners were working as fast as they could to get it back in shape for you. Your door code was already programmed. I was just waiting for an all-clear from cleaners to let you know everything was clean and reset for you. At 4:42pm as soon as I heard from them- I immediately let you know.
