Lovely place and great pool. Some friendly neighbors, but surrounding golfers not so much. Quiet, pretty area. Only criticism is that it is not kid friendly and only walking trails were golf cart drives.

Great condo in a lovely community

What a pleasure it was to stay in this condo. The owner was responsive and accommodating and the neighbors very friendly. I happened upon this rental when my new home being built was once again delayed. I was fortunate enough to take advantage of a cancellation to be able to stay here with my small dog. It is clean and spacious and in a great location, corner unit with a view of the golf course. The community is within Palm Aire, a large developed area about 8 miles from downtown Sarasota. There are lovely walking paths and shopping is super convenient. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Great Sarasota Condo

The condo is in an excellent location in Sarasota- a quiet, attractive neighborhood close to shopping and amenities. It is attractively decorated and equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The condo complex is well maintained and residents are friendly. The pool is very nice and walking around the neighborhood and golf course is a pleasure. You should be very happy with this condo as a vacation get away. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

GREAT CONDO IN THE CENTRE OF SARASOTA

Very nice condo in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, etc. This unit is close to the pool but take note that there is no fitness centre. Besides that we were very happy with this rental.

Beautiful, relaxing condo for the summer!

We stayed here for the entire summer and it was such a relaxing stay. The location is safe and private but also close to shopping. The pool is very nice and clean. The decor in the condo is beautiful and makes you feel like you're on vacation! We hope to stay again! We were sad to leave!

This property is located close to shopping, restaurants, golf and the beach. It is very well equipped and nicely appointed. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course is very relaxing. The only negative are the soft beds, unless you like soft beds. I would recommend this condo for your Sarasota stay.
