Our villa is among the largest in Village des Pins, at 1422 square feet, so you and yours have plenty of space to relax.
The Villa offers:
- Private, secluded lanai. Unlike most others in the community, the lanai does not face a street or other peoples lanais. Just tropical trees. They sound great in the breeze.
- Master suite with king-sized bed, glass doors to lanai, walk-in closet, updated bath area and vanity with large walk-in newly tiled shower- all within the suite.
-Sunny second bedroom, furnished with two twin beds; on the same hallway, a full second bathroom with tub and shower.
-Cathedral ceiling in the living room, ceiling fans in all rooms. Air conditioning and humidistat keep the villa's climate cool and fresh.
-Free WiFi throughout the villa, good for up to five devices. Televisions in each bedroom and the living room;DVD player in living room.
-Convenient driveway parking for up to two cars; more parking nearby for your guests.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate, neighborhood very peaceful. Very close to beaches, grocery stores. Would defitely stay here again. And the host was incredibly responsive. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Spacious condo with good layout, very tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with great cookware and many useful little things. Two terraces with screen (east and west facing) with good outdoor furniture. A bonus is the one car garage. Short drive to the fantastic beach at Siesta Key (free parking). It was really spacious and had everything you needed to stay in but was also so close to everything! Siesta Key Beach is only about 5 miles away yet it still felt secluded and away from the busy city traffic.

Great Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is perfect for our family. Great kitchen supplies, plenty of towels and blankets, beach gear for kids and adults, games and a great little back yard. The property is easy to navigate very clean and the pool area is beautiful. Property is also in a perfect location. We were able to go to a great selection of restaurants and stores and also close distance to multiple beaches including Siesta Key and Venice. Highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely love coming to this little home away from home. It’s such a beautiful neighborhood and lovely neighbors. The pool is wonderful and the beach shores are within our driving distance to more than one. We love Tami and Brad the owner, always so amazing to deal with!

Area was very nice, had two community pools, and the two outdoor patios were nice. Main complaint we had was the interior definitely needed some updating. Overall though the stay was nice and management was easy to get ahold of.

Lovely villa

The villa is really nicely decorated with a beach style theme, it is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The communal pool with hot tub is a short walk away, but was deserted most days so felt like it was your own pool, we had many a lovely afternoon round the pool. The beach is a 15 minute drive and Siesta Keys beach is beautiful and the area has many beach style restaurants. It was an absolute delight to stay there.

We love Sarasota!
White-sand beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, shopping, theater and an array of wonderful restaurants to explore: Sarasota offers it all!
While you're soaking it all in, the villa in tropical Village des Pins is a beautiful place to call home. Close to the fabled Siesta Key Beach, with its crystal sands, dolphins, turtles and amazing birds, village des pins offers a lush setting for your stay. Heated pool, hottub, barbecue area and clubhouse overlook one of our two lovely pnds, where the herons come to hang out.
With Two tennis courts, a basketball practice area and shuffleboard, there are lots of activities to keep you busy when you're not lounging by the pool side.

What makes this property unique

Most vacation condos in the area can't be legally rented for less than a month at a time. Luckily, the villas at Village des Pins can be rented by the week- or longer. Check our calendar
