Welcome to your home away from home in Music City - Only 3 MILES TO DOWNTOWN - a 5 minute drive to Nashville's most famed honky-tonks like Tootsies, Florida Georgia Line House, Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean's hot spots too! Enjoy your private balcony with downtown views and a backyard patio for relaxing and unwinding. You're 3 miles to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Convention Center, Ascend Amphitheater, Bridgestone Arena, Johnny Cash Museum and the George Jones Museum. In addition, you're only 2 miles away from East Nashville's popular 5 Points District -- home to hip bars, restaurants, funky coffee shops and bakeries.

This home is new and modern with comfortable bedrooms and a full living room downstairs with an additional lounge area/work station upstairs as well.

Trip insurance is advisable during a pandemic. I follow my cancelation policy and AirBNB’s extenuating circumstance policy. If there’s concern of booking any trip, it’s always advisable to look into trip insurance.

Checkin is 4pm. Early checkin requests are possible if cleaners are able to get to home sooner. Fee for early check in is $50.

Check out is 10 am. Later checkouts to 11 am are agreeable usually with notice.

Great place for our group

Perfect place for our group. We had 3 couples so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The place was located a little ways from downtown but easy to uber back and forth.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Nashville. We slept 3 couples comfortably. We especially appreciated the private full bath per room. No couple had worry about stepping on anyone’s toes. The house was close to everything we wanted to do and see.

Nice place for a home base.

The property is good for a friends weekend as long as you’re planning to Uber everywhere. There’s nothing in the immediate neighborhood to walk to but Ubers to most of downtown we’re around $10 when not at peak hours.

We enjoyed our time at this Nashville VRBO. We (the family) came for the Indycar Races. Juliette's place was easy to locate. It was clean, inviting and well equipped. We were gone all day so we were only were around for coffee/breakfast and then sleeping. I really liked that each family member could have their own bathroom.

We loved this house! It was clean, cute, in a great neighborhood, we felt safe. The house is in a great location and a short Lyft or Uber ride to everything in Nashville! Juliette was easy to communicate with and gets back to you quickly. The check -in and check out process was easy and smooth. Our group would def. Stay here again when traveling to Nashville. :)

Loved our experience staying at this house! The location was convenient, the neighborhood was nice with mostly new or updated homes. The house did have some wear noted, but was well furnished and had a great little back yard with nice patio furniture. The view from the upstairs bedroom balcony of downtown was wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place itself is beautiful and so stylishly decorated, and we loved the location....central to everything you want to experience in Nashville! Juliette was amazing....checked in with us regularly and responded to any of our questions in minutes. Would absolutely stay here again if we are so lucky to visit Nashville in the future!

Wonderful home in a perfect location!

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes ride into town. We never even had to use Uber. Juliette came to greet us and gave great recommendations. There were supplies and some items left in fridge from previous guests which is actually pretty nice. We left quite a bit of ours as well. There is an inflatable bed which we could have used, but opted for the couch. A sofa sleeper would have been perfect, but we were very comfortable. My last trip to Nashville, we stayed in a small hotel room. This was a much better option and certainly more comfortable. Three full bathrooms and washer/dryer were appreciated with 5 women in the house. Neighbors were quiet and very friendly also.

Nice fenced in backyard with patio set. Enjoyed sitting out there and having a Cocktail. The bedrooms were fine, beds comfortable, and everything was very clean. We came in on motorcycles and it was nice that she said help yourself to a beer or anything in fridge! Will stay there again.

To be downtown in 3 miles (5 minute drive) is convenient and easy, and you can see the Nashville skyline from the back balcony too. East Nashville - is known for its authentic, diverse, artsy, hip vibe and residents. Keep your eyes open - Don't be surprised to see Miranda Lambert hanging out an East Nashville bar listening to music. I've spotted her out in this neighborhood and the guys from Rascal Flatts, Chris Young and the cast members from the show Nashville. East Nashville is where locals and stars come to just - be totally Nashville.
