Like most homes in Canmore, the condo does not have air conditioning. Summer days are typically warm and evenings cool off beautifully. We provide fans, and opening the balcony doors allows for natural mountain airflow.

Because the condo is located right off Main Street, you may hear some lively patio activity from a nearby pub during summer evenings. The patio closes early in accordance with local bylaws, and the area becomes quiet later at night.

If you are travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.

Paid Parking Lots - Certain public and private lots offer hourly or daily rates. 

Standard-Sized Stalls - Most designated spots (including the first included vehicle space) are standard size, which may be tight for large vehicles or trucks. 

Please note: The busiest times for parking are during high season (June through September) and on weekends year-round. Plan ahead and allow extra time to secure parking during these periods.
