This 3rd level, two-story penthouse is ideal for the whole family! The reverse loft layout provides spectacular whitewater surf & beach views from the master suite.

This gem has all the finer appointments that are sure to delight. Upgraded travertine floors and granite counters welcome you into the spacious home. Enjoy some downtime together as family in the comfortably furnished living room complete with plush sofa and chaise, a flat-screen TV, and board games.

When it’s time to cook up a quick meal, your fully equipped kitchen will not disappoint! Complete with serving platters, bowls, full place settings and basic kitchen appliances such as toaster, coffeemaker, blender, and a crock pot to name a few, cooking will be a breeze.

Beach day, every day? Why not? Sprawl out on the beach or play in the surf with the provided sand toys, ** , and beach chairs. Or perhaps you prefer to stay in the complex and relax in one of the 2 Olympic size pools or Jacuzzi’s. You’re on vacation, and anything goes!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this unit in NCV. We had a great stay and really love the patio that faces the ocean. It is a great unit for our family of 4. We are able to walk to many restaurants and enjoy both the ocean and the pool. We hope to be back in the future!

Great property and location!

This was a great place to stay in Oceanside! We loved the view from the upstairs patio and spent a lot of time up there when we were in thee condo. Loved that we could walk to the pier and all the great restaurants there. We would book this location again and recommend it!
