The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave thermostat set at 75 degrees
Make sure to lock both sliding glass doors and the front door.
Return the keys and fav to the lock box and make sure the lock is locked. Close garage door. Please let Laurie know you have checked out. Thank you!

The location of this unit is unbeatable. First floor with amazing ocean views. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores. The beach area in front of the building is clean and family friendly. Having a garage to utilize was an unexpected perk. We had a great time and look forward to going again!
