Allure is part of the Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes complex which is a beautifully landscaped Key West inspired village located off Canal Road in Orange Beach. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house is pet-friendly and features large overstuffed microfiber furniture in the living room including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils crisp white cabinets and appliances plus a dining area table that seats four comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed. The first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two twins. All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions. Both bathrooms are full baths with tub and shower combinations.

Orange Beach Villas-Twin Lakes is a wonderful location with many amenities including a stocked fishing pond gazebo swimming pool clubhouse and parking spots right outside your front door. Looking for entertainment and shopping? This villa is located just a mile from The Wharf complex with multiple restaurants a movie theater a 5-story high Ferris wheel upscale shopping marina and amphitheater. Interested in sports? Allure is just a quick half mile to the Orange Beach Sports Complex and not far from the Gulf Shores Sports Complex and Foley Sports Complex. The Orange Beach Golf Center is a half mile down the road. The Gulf State Park has miles of fabulous hiking and biking trails and is just four miles away. Is the beach calling you? Allure is approximately 3 miles from the Cotton Bayou Public Beach with free parking a bathhouse and outdoor shower.

This property is pet friendly for one (1) dog only with a size restriction up to 50 lbs. If applicable the pet fee is $150.00 in addition to the reserved price of the property.

This non-smoking pet-friendly. Minimum age to rent is 25.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Overall was a nice place for our family vacation. Needed to be cleaned a little more especially outside chairs covered in mold. But other than that had everything we needed

Nice quiet place

Everything was good with the exception of the internet it worked only about 8 hrs of the week we stayed. No internet or tv except a couple of hours each morning. Property was nice and pool was close. Property management answered calls but internet was a issue all week would been nice to have a dvd player

We were well pleased with the Condo. As stated it is in need of some repairs. The biggest issue with 5 guest, hot water didn’t make it through for everyone to bathe or shower in the same day. Thank you for the availability during our need.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness was sketchy.. under beds and bathrooms were gross. Had to wash bedding when we got in because they were sour. The guest bathroom was broken and we wasted a day with plumbers. Dishwasher did not work when we got ready to leave... overall loved the cottage and will book with suncoast again. I’ll be more prepared with questions

No hot water

The hot water was out. So baths were cold. And the air did not come in the master bedroom. So it was hot all night and sweating well you can’t take a good bath Bc no hot water

Broken bed

The only negative was the master bed was broken and held up by a couple of bricks standing on end. Needless to say, that contraption failed. If the bed gets fixed we would highly recommend this unit. Great location. Clean. Nice amenities. Easy people to work with.
