Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

• Spring / Summer / Fall: Set thermostat to OFF
• Winter: Set thermostat to HEAT and adjust to 55°F
Light Tidy-Up
• Please sweep floors, Empty all trash, Start the dishwasher, Place used towels and sheets in the washer and start the cycle
Load the dishwasher (start it)

🔑 Return keys & pool passes to their spots
🚪 Do a quick check for personal items (Drawers, Refrigerator, Closets)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Water in the bathrooms is turned off between stays. The lever is underneath the sink in 2nd bath. Flip it ON when you arrive and OFF on your way out.
Please do not turn on the heat lamp switches in the bathrooms — there are currently no bulbs installed.
Our property managers Michelle and Mel are your onsite go-to contacts for anything urgent — malfunctioning appliances, building concerns, you name it.
