Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath fully equipped ground floor, direct oceanfront condo. You can't get any closer to the beach unless you are in a tent. Kingsize bed in the bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all the things necessary to have a great stay at the beach. We are dog friendly and include linens and departure cleaning with all rentals.
Tile floors and sofa covers changed before your arrival. Private fenced patio enclosure unique to your unit where you and your dog can sit and sip your favorite beverage.
IF YOU ARE NOT BRINGING A DOG, PLEASE LET ME KNOW FOR QUICKER APPROVAL.

IF YOU HAVE A DOG FOR consideration, please give me AGE and BREED at time of inquiry. Failure to do so may result in a DECLINE to book.
WE DO NOT take 2 large dogs in a unit between May 15-September 15
WE CAN NOT RENT TO MUSCLE TYPE DOGS OR AGGRESSIVE BREEDS.
WE DO NOT RENT TO DOGS LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD.
WE DO NOT RENT TO CATS.

THERE IS ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THE CITY IS VERY ACTIVE WITH TOWING. WE WILL ALSO TOW ANY EXTRA VEHICLE SO THAT GUEST CAN PARK.

Just perfect for us. Lots of fur babies. They even had a wash area for us and the dogs. The fenced in area is a small patio. Our dog decided she would squeeze through the bars and go play. Highly recommend this place for a single couple with dogs to stay.

Great dog friendly condo right on the beach.

Our first visit to Cherry Grove Beach with our dog Elliott was great while staying in Nellie’s Nook. The location and access to the beach was excellent. The condo was comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, cable tv, and nice furnishings.

Just perfect for two people!

We had a wonderful weekend of shag dancing in Myrtle beach...so fun to be able to have our pups join us. The beach is right out the front door, and a BIG dog park is within about 5 miles.

Very nice stay

The bed was comfortable, and the condo was very well air conditioned. The bathroom was small but was fully stocked with clean fresh towels. Way more than i needed. The kitchen was small but very functional. I would love to stay there again.

The Building itself needs alot of work. The location is awesome. We had to spray down the shower and the outside of the refrigerator as they both had mold. The owner did call and offer to have housekeeping clean, but we cleaned it our selves. It is geat if you have a furbaby and just want to veg for the week, which we did, but the cleaning needs to approve

Awesome location

The waves was very pet friendly. No extra fees which is amazing. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked very well but was very loud. The front door was hard to lock but host was told about it.

We stayed with my wife, 22yo son and my 27 year old daughter and her finance 4 nights while helping my daughter move to San Antonio for surgery residency. The house is in a really great location for exploring the Riverwalk and the Alamo. Lots of great places to eat nearby. The home was immaculate, very simple to access, and really nice the owners don’t ask for a lot of cleaning up and chores at checkout. Also the checkout was 11am which we didn’t get to take advantage of since we had a very early flight, but later than many other vrbos. It’s also in a very fun neighborhood. We loved the pool. The beds are very comfortable. Appreciated the owners had plenty coffee and filters. We would absolutely stay here again when we visit our daughter.

No beach view from room. Several things did not work but were taken care of promptly. The carpets had not been vacuumed. Sand covered. Top of refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. And the door frame on the front door was loose enough that one could pull it off. The unit needs serious maintenance. Tv in bedroom did not work and couldn’t be fixed by the handyman. No replacement offered.

Great location right on the beach

We had some miscommunication about the Villa number - we were supposed to have villa 2 but had Villa 4 on the correspondence. It was really convenient to the beach and was dog friendly. Plus on the first floor, no steps! It could've been a bit cleaner but overall was a fun stay. Didn't use the dishwasher because it wouldn't latch.

Nice little condo

GREAT location!! Off the deck, up the dune and there's the ocean, couldn't get much closer. Being on the first floor, you cannot see the ocean from the deck, but there are no stairs!! So its perfect for pets. Unit was well equipped for a couple's stay. Comfortable beds in a rental are hard to come by, but this one was perfect! And it's a KING!! Maybe could use some updates but everything works as it should. Owner was very responsive and a pleasure to chat with. My wife & I, and our Gizmo enjoyed our stay.
