Brett's Place #2 is a new stylish Caribbean spot, perfect for that dream vacation that you have been planning.

Named after our son Brett, this 2-bedroom apartment is newly renovated with all new furnishings and appliances and is ready to welcome you.

Ideal location:
* directly opposite the entrance of the Barbados Golf Club & restaurant
* bus stops are steps away
* 3 minutes drive to Oistins strip
* 3 minutes drive to Miami Beach
* 5 minutes drive from airport
* 10 minutes drive to US Embassy

The space
Guests will have the entire downstairs 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment to themselves.
A/C units in bedrooms. We encourage our guests to switch off the A/C units when leaving the bedroom/house. We hope that you will do your part to be environmentally conscious.

We have installed a paid washing machine on the property. It works with US quarters that you can bring (if coming from the US) or purchase on site from caretaker. Fee is nominal (US$2 or BB$4). We will leave coins for you, but please remit payment in cash to caretaker, if used.

We offer our guests membership rates at the Barbados Golf Club. Inquire within if interested.

NB* If you are interested in renting the entire house, i.e. both upstairs (Brett's Place 1) and downstairs apartments (Brett's Place 2) which would be 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, etc., please reach out to me so we can arrange a suitable plan.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire downstairs apartment as well as the backyard and front yard.

You will be able to use the BBQ grill in the backyard should you wish.

A washing machine is made available for guest's use for a nominal fee.

From the airport, you can take a bus directly to the house (just tell them you are going to the Barbados Golf Club on the way to Oistins). The Barbados Transport Co-op Society is next door and you can arrange taxi services easily if that is preferred.

A minimart or grocery shop is now located steps away, just behind the yard and you can pick up eggs, oil, rum, milk, juice veggies and snacks etc. opened from 9am to 5pm most days.

Other things to note
For guests staying longer than one week, after the initial amenities provided to you finishes, kindly note that you are responsible for purchasing your own items (not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo etc.). We are happy to provide cleaning supplies.

Guests staying longer than 3 weeks are advised that we are happy to arrange intermittent cleanings as needed (at an additional cost). We also provide cleaning supplies if you prefer to clean yourself. Let us know your preferences.


Please note: NO SMOKING INSIDE the house!! This will incur a US$200 fee. You may smoke outside.
