The Lookout is a 5* Luxury Beachfront semi-detached villa with private 9m pool and garden located on magnificent Dikwella Beach. Fully staffed with own butler, housekeeping and private chef.
4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with both bath & shower.
3 bedrooms on the upper floor have access to a balcony with stunning panoramic sea views.
1 bedroom on ground floor with private courtyard & direct access to the garden, pool & beach.
Breakfast is included in the daily rate and our chef will prepare lunch and dinner at your request on a basic cost basis using fresh local ingredients.
If you are a larger group you can book both of the villas onsite for the perfect group getaway

Great vacation in Dikwella!

We had a great time at the villa. Ash and his team made us feel welcome and helped us organize fun day trips. It was a great spot for a group of 9. The beach is right next to the house and is perfect for early morning walks on the beach. The food was delicious. The team organized several fun events including a traditional fire dance and fireworks on New Years. Thank you!

I have been an expat all my life between HK, NZ, Australia, China and lived in the Middle East for over 16 years between Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and now Dubai. This has shaped the design of The Lookout as I wanted an instant holiday home for guests who will come from all over the globe with different needs and taste - I have designed The Lookout to accommodate all the generations of a family and furnished it with comfortable, practical luxury as my focus.

Having travelled extensively in Sri Lanka to find the perfect piece of beach front land to build a dream beach house at last after 2 years I found it! 2 Villas Sri Lanka has 2 villas The Lookout can be hired independently and has full use of the huge shared pool, garden and own beach access. For the larger group both villas can be hired providing a luxurious holiday experience for 20

What makes this property unique

The Lookout has been designed with a light, airy feel with open plan living including multiple seating areas and huge table with seating for 14 indoors and outdoor seating for al-fresco dining on the wide veranda with ceiling fans for additional comfort.

4 large bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms and huge bi-fold doors which open up onto the pool & beach for bedroom 1 and the upper balcony with panoramic Ocean views across Dikwella Bay from the 3 upper bedrooms

The absolute beach front location with magnificent 17m pool gives our guests the luxury of pool or ocean option for entertainment and the local famous surf beach of Hirikatiya being only 5 min tuk tuk away provides fun for all ages with surf lessons and board hire available

The Lookout has the wow factor inside and out!
