This was a beautiful clean accommodation. Would recommend to anyone that is staying in the area as it accommodated many and at a reasonable price.

The pool wasnt accessable they had to shut it down for a few hours but we went to universal ào we were unable to enjoy it

The condo itself was nice and in a convenient location to Disney. However, despite specifically asking about the pool and availability for use, the pool, pool deck, hot tub, and bar area was completly unusable for the entirety of our stay. We had planned to spend one whole day of our trip taking advantage of these amenities. I was told by staff that the owners were made aware of when this renovation was taking place. The owner, Derron, was very communicative with me until the day of checkin when I brought up this concern. I asked him for suggestions on making this right, and provided a suggestion of my own. He has not responded to me since we checked in. I gave him several opportunities to try to make this right before writing this review. I will be escalating this concern to VRBO.
This was the last day - day 1 was empty with workers IN the pool
