It was like be home away from home. Very comfortable and absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

We LOVED staying at the Howard house and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Winter Park/Orlando. Highly recommend if you want a fabulous home with a beautiful view and many amenities. Thank you Courtney and Ryan!

Lovely VIEW and a great LOCATION

Convenient location to Winter Park, Baldwin Park and Kia Center. Many great restaurants, museums, Leu Gardens and downtown Orlando attractions nearby. The host supplied all that was needed- very comfortable, roomy and in a quiet area with a beautiful lakeside view. Modern kitchen. Easy access and a good driveway for parking. We would stay there again when visiting the area.

Amazing!

This home is so beautiful and peaceful. We did not want to leave. Everything you could need was furnished. The absolute BEST stay. The owners were very informative with recommendations for restaurants in the area as well. Very helpful. I hope to return and would plan my stay around availability of this wonderful home. We were VERY impressed with everything.

Gorgeous, Tranquil, Stylish Sanctuary.

Wow, absolutely beautiful home - peaceful, stylish and incredibly tranquil. The view of the private lake from the living room is stunning, complete with a sparkling fountain that adds to the relaxing vibe. The kitchen is huge and beautifully renovated - perfect for entertaining or cooking together with friends. Located on a quiet tree-lined street, it’s an ideal spot for a girls’ weekend getaway. The hosts were fantastic with great communication. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat with Stunning Views and Mid-Century Charm

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s beautifully renovated mid-century modern home in Winter Haven. The vibe of the house was amazing — peaceful, stylish, and truly special. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the lake through a massive picture window, perfectly framed by gorgeous heritage oaks and magnolia trees. It created such a serene, calming atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable.The home was spotless, uncluttered, and thoughtfully designed, with high-end appliances and everything we needed to cook some delicious meals. Ryan was a fantastic host — very responsive and incredibly helpful, especially with his restaurant recommendations, which were spot-on for us foodies.The neighborhood was equally beautiful, with majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss, giving it a classic Florida charm. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring all the attractions in Orlando. We would absolutely love to stay here again — a true gem!
