The Rudy House - Good things come in small packages! This is a cozy, charming 875 sq ft 3-bedroom home within walking distance to Notre Dame. Big screen LED TV with Roku sound bar, high speed internet, washer/dryer, EV charger, and a backyard with privacy fence, patio, and gas grill.

This is the ideal home for couples, small families, or get-togethers. Avoid parking lots and parking fees and walk to Notre Dame. The 1-mile, 20-minute walk takes you through wooded Notre Dame neighborhoods and tailgate parties before arriving at historic Notre Dame Stadium. This home is also within walking distance or a short drive to grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, pubs, shopping, and much more! Eddy Street Commons (less than a mile away) features a variety of shops including Starbucks, Notre Dame bookstore, Chipotle, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, 7-eleven, and more.

It has all the amenities and conveniences of home that you need to enjoy a weekend at Notre Dame. The kitchen is fully stocked with bowls, plates, cups, and silverware. All utensils needed to prepare and cook a meal are provided including pots and pans. The kitchen also has a microwave, mixer, blender, and Keurig. Bedding/linens and bath towels are also provided. You will have access to a washer and dryer. The house has a private driveway large enough for three vehicles and public street parking in front of the house.

Entertainment provided includes a large screen LED TV with Roku sound bar. Roku provides access to numerous TV and media streaming apps. You can connect your phone or playlist through the sound bar via Bluetooth or auxiliary cable. Also provided is a cornhole board set, Irishopoly, Cards Against Humanity, a deck of cards, and a football.

Salt and Pepper. Other condiments maybe available but are not guaranteed.

Notre Dame vs. PITT

This house was perfect for an out-of-town visitor! We had no idea what to expect but everything was perfect.! The house was beautiful, clean, it was perfectly stocked with everything we needed and close to the stadium. The host was prompt to answer questions and easy to communicate with. The ND fans were welcoming and we even found a golf cart to take us back and forth from the stadium (but you could walk). One suggestion, we could have used an additional TV, not everyone likes to watch the same thing. Thank you for the great time, but next time could you please make it a closer game and not a slaughter? lol We will be back ND!

ND vs. BC with a magical snowstorm

Our stay here was terrific - everything you need is provided and you can walk to the stadium from here! Although our team was soundly defeated :( , our experience with the hosts and property was just great. Super clean, easy to find, easy to park, directions were perfect; comfortable and convenient -- and so nicely decorated -- Thank you!
