We loved the property and close location to lake. The golf carts were a lot of fun to get around in. Also had a great time at the pools in the community. Property is very spacious with a fun kids room with a ton of toys.

This property is awesome! Booked Garret's place for a summer girls trip and we loved it. The house is in a fun, walkable, community with easy access to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there. The screened-in deck area is so cozy and peaceful; such a fun area to hangout in the mornings and evenings. Check in and check out were easy, and Garret was easy to reach and always responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Garret’s place was amazing! The house was clean & comfy. The amenities in the house were great as all of the outdoor ones within the Estates. A great place to stay with kids of all ages. Garret stayed in touch throughout the time of our stay and asked if we needed anything Which was nice. I wholeheartedly recommend Garret’s house without hesitation. Anne C

Very nice community

The house is very beautiful! The community is very nice with a lot of amenities and it's about 20 minutes from a pontoon boat rental place so very convenient location.

This was the absolute perfect place for a few days away, especially with kids. There are endless activities in the community, and the house is set up perfectly. The intentional attention to detail that the owners put into the set up of this house is apparent-- they literally thought of everything practical to make your stay super easy and relaxing! Very easy check in/check out. Also was pristinely clean.

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The house had tons of space and was so well done! We had nine people ranging in ages from 2 to 65. The house was clean and inviting. It had a great front porch to sit out and watch for deer. The neighborhood was quiet and close to some good food and outdoor hiking options.They also had a ton of toys for the kids to explore and they loved it. Garett was super responsive and had great local suggestions of where to eat, explore or pick up necessities. This will be our first choice to stay again when we come back to the are!

Beautiful home! We stayed with two families and five kids, and everyone loved it. The loft area is amazing and was perfect for the kids. We were pleasantly surprised by how much space there was for everyone to spread out and relax. There are four different sitting areas, which was such a nice surprise. The photos show the different spaces, but the home feels even more spacious in person. The decorations are lovely and make the house feel warm and inviting.We were busy enjoying the lake and the pool, but we wish we had spent more time relaxing at the house because it was such a great place to hang out. Garrett was very thorough and checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was going well. It was the perfect setup for a large group! Can't wait to stay there again.

The house was perfect for our family's long weekend visit. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. The house was AMAZING for small children - safe, accommodating and FUN! Everything was clean, all amenities worked as you would expect, and the house was very well cared for. Garret (the host) was very very easy to communicate with, and answered all of my questions the week leading up to our trip. 10/10!!!

Growing up in Lake Ariel. I have a fond appreciation for the tranquility of nature and was eager to establish roots here once again! This is not your average house, but one that serves as my families second home!

Why they chose this property

Raising a family, we fell in love with the amenities that Wallenpaupack Lake Estates offers - walking distance to Lake Wallenpaupack, multiple pools, beaches, playgrounds, sport courts and fields there's always something to do! Or you can just as easily sit down and relax!

What makes this property unique

This property serves as our second home and is NOT your average investment property. It was not a quick flip or something we threw lip stick on! We have poured much attention into every aspect of the property since we bought it in 2017! We hope you'll love it as much as we do!
