Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all stripped bedding, linen, towels, etc. on the floor of the downstairs bathroom. Please make sure its the bathroom and not the wood floors in case there are wet towels at the bottom.
We appreciate you taking the extra few minutes to do this as it helps us turn the property over to the next guest which often arrives the same day as your exit.

The home was comfortable and conveniently located for our business trip to Louisville. The beds were comfortable, the hot water and water pressure in the showers were great. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but it served us well while we were there. Jose was great to keep us informed of everything we needed to know.

Jonas was very communicative. Any questions I had Jonas was quick to answer. The home is in a great location. We picked it for the playground nearby. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the river was and all of the great places to eat within walking distance.

Beautiful property and playground right next door!

We were in the area for a dance comp. The host was responsive and the house was gorgeous and well kept. Bonus? A playground just next door! I 100% reccomend staying here. So much better than a cramped hotel room!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient and considerate

2 dads and their teens stayed a could night's for a sports competition across the boarder in Kentucky. The upstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom was a nice retreat and nothing was substandard. The hoopsters bar a block away was a gem too. I plan to contact the host about coming back.

I would recommend to anyone

Nice and comfortable home. We stay for a weekend, and everyone had plenty of space and comfortability. The 2nd floor bedroom was slightly warm, as the AC window unit was competing against high 90's temps throughout our stay, but it did cool down at night. Otherwise, everything else was great. We would recommend to anyone, and the location is wonderful as it is close to everything.

Comfortable Stay Overall, Minor Improvements Needed

Comfortable stay overall. Plenty of fridge space and a few complimentary bottles of water. Coffee cupboard offered as well if you partake. Didn't like that the motion light for the back door didn't always turn on, a used washcloth was left on the bathroom sink, and the wood floors were pretty dirty making my white socks black on bottom.If these minor things are addressed, I would stay again.
