Outstanding place to stay and relax on a vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely outstanding stay. Enjoyed the facilities and staff were so friendly and helpful. John ,Greg and Joey are awesome people. Our flight ended up being delayed and Joey made sure that we had access to our room. Our room had an incredible view. Thank you and look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone from the Manager to the staff to the other renters was friendly and helpful. The seawall which had been damaged by hurricane 2 years earlier was in the process of being rebuilt which made getting to the beach difficult. All in all, had a great time and have made a reservation for next year already.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in two condos in this complex, a two bedroom fully updated and worth the price of stay. This 2nd condo 509 is in an amazing location w/in the complex, it has a direct view of the ocean, pool view is blocked by palm tree. It is in need of a total gut job. It has old dirty could be a fantastic condo if fixed up. Mgt was great to deal with. We loved the New Smyrna location.
