Now that I’m an official “Snowbird” we have a great commadari with all of the other winter residents.I must say that the office staff - Mike (mgr) Becky (admin) & Don (maintenance) go overboard on each and every event that we have. A very big thanks and kudos to this great team!Seacoast Condos should be very fortunate to have them as an office team and we are very grateful to them for making our stay as pleasant as it is. The unit as a whole needs to be updated, especially the furniture. It’s really dirty feeling, the unit is very dated, has tons of wear and beds, sofa and recliners need updating. Otherwise, a great stay. It has the potential to be a great unit with new furniture and cosmetic changes. The view from the balcony is great.

Over all, great week

The condo is well kept up. Everything was there that we needed. Kitchen had more than needed (several of many items) It is a small kitchen and we had very little space to store the food supplies we brought, since prior renters left a lot of food, can goods, spices and open packages of sugar, crackers filling up one cabinet, which the rules say not to leave any food behind. Enjoyed the stay and will return

A great condo right on the beach

While this is an older property, it is extremely well kept. Our condo (Unit 202) was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the closeness to the beach was a plus. We had everything we needed and would recommend this unit without reservation. There was also a very nice selection of books in the unit which we took advantage of. Would we book this unit again? Yes, wiithout hesitation.
