Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: condo very much in need of a thorough update and carpet and couch...pool was cold due to the weather..9 days of strong winds ..rain ..no beach ..we tried our best to enjoy our time...eating out..one resturant we wantd to go to burned to ground before we had a chance

Thanks for the feedback Many of the condos have been upgraded this year. The pool is heated from December to April but outside temperatures can have an effect on the water temperature. It was sad to see Ocean Breeze have the fire, but it is reopened now.

Our condo was great, we met new friends and had a great time, I wish we could have the same unit in 2022 but it is already taken, I hope to have a unit equally as nice as 407 in 2022, I hope to stay in this unit again. Next to the pool and beach--- small convenient shopping center across the street... Great restaurants close by (breakers, Norwoods, Blackbeards )--WIFI / cable included-- management was very friendly and always willing to help

Only 1 washing machine and dryer on our floor and was always busy but everything else about our stay was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First day had to call rental manager. Living room carpet very dirty as well as the sofa. Someone should be inspecting the units making sure these units are clean from top to bottom. Reclining chair was in terrible condition and eventually broke completely.

Since your stay, the unit has been sold and has a new owner! New owner has remodeled, updated, & purchased new motorized recliner, ironing board and iron. Thank you again for your feedback!
