Sleeps 6 (2 Queen beds and 1 Queen sleeper sofa) - No smoking, No pets, Grilling Not Allowed. Saturday to Saturday Rental.

$58.00/person/week for Sea Colony recreation fee for anyone 4 yrs. and older (Not Optional). Fitness Center/indoor pool/tennis. Outdoor tennis/pickleball courts. Sea Colony resort

The location was fantastic. Just a short walk to my friends' house. Two pools were within a 1/2 block of the condo. Two tram stops were also in very close proximity to the place. There was also plenty of parking in this area.

Beautiful House & Perfect Location

The experience that my daughter and I had was phenomenal. The house was clean, well kept and had perfect directions for normal upkeep. I would definitely recommend and will stay again. Also, perfect location from the beach and being in sea colony provided many options besides the beach.
